Hosted by a panel of subject matter experts, this seminar focuses on the maintenance issues faced by older buildings as well as a Condo Association’s legal obligation to undertake a successful 40-Year Recertification project. A comprehensive review of the complex codes, as well as structural and electrical safety requirements will be explored. Association Board and Committee Members will walk away with a better understanding of how to manage common maintenance issues, a 40-Year Recertification project and one every 10 years thereafter.
