This course covers the most critical aspects of condominium operations and will provide guidance for board members who want to better understand how to manage the day-to-day operations of their condominium community. Topics to be discussed include: Demystifying the budget and reserve process, accurate financial reporting, bids and contracts, correct records maintenance and handling owner records requests, Chapter 718 and the Condominium Act.
